I like the creativity of the logo, but I'm not too sure about the shape of the 'S' in 'PCSI'. I think the legibility could get lost to some people that see this for the first time. Maybe also incorporate a few more colors in the gradients with some darker blues and, teal/aquamarine added to the mix.
