I’m not at home now. Took a quick day trip to Sarasota. Daughter goes back to school tomorrow. Here birthday was during spring break but since she’s an ballerina and an opera singer she didn’t really have any time off since she was in shows throughout the break (Pucinni’s Tosca) I’ll be home later if you need any modifications

I really don’t like being the one to start a logo court. I haven’t done many in all my years on this site. Been a designer for over 30 years. Thanks again

My initial reaction was that someone looked at who was “winning” and took issue with an early concept (one that I eliminated a long time ago) and used it to have their further submissions removed. But you are right the last thing I want is a copyright issue with the logo that represents my business! Even if it came like 10 years from now it would be devastating. I kinda feel like why not just notify the person and have that part tweaked, but I see your point now that you’ve explained further. Thank you. Just leaves me at a point where I’m unable to use the overall concept that I really liked which sucks, but again I’d rather deal with that than a future lawsuit. Thanks for taking the efforts for integrity and for explaining it to me!

The voting was unanimous that it was clearly a trace. The whole purpose of coming here is to have a unique logo. That designer hurts the integrity of the site. Sorry you feel that way.

No. They used clip art and would cause you trouble if you tried copyright. Surprised no one else saw this. Clip art and tracing is not tolerated on Logotournament. It often leads to bans from the site all together. It was done to help you not end up with a logo that could cause you legal trouble.

Why did you have someone reported and removed? That seemed unfair? Was it because that was the ‘competition?’ :(

Yes love it! Still feel as if the lower part of the ‘c’ inn’”Doc’s” is a little tall and could be confused for a ‘g.’ Any way to lower that further?
