Please can you ensure “grassroots to global” is on the logo in text. It is the main theme. Could you also make the leaves of the plant into rugby balls rather than leaves?

In #42 | #44 | #45 you can see the abstract "W" letter in it from Women.

This one comunicates more literally the global vibe and the grassroots ideas from your brief.

The idea is ok but needs more improvement. Somehow this makes people think of golf ball or basket-ball.
