Yes, I have read the rules thoroughly and I have worked in the field of intellectual property, so I know what copying is.

Asking another designer to make a crown for the bird out of stars is my own original idea and it has not been copied from you or any other designs. You don't have a crown in your logo. Four out of 5 in the top 5 logos currently have stars. Your design is completely different from the other design and your starts are just used as generic stars on top of the emblem. Last time I checked starts cannot be copy righted. Those are not elements of your design! They are generic objects like cats and dogs for a pet hospital. See the rules below:

Requests or ideas you already have put in your contest Brief are fair game and are open to everyone. Comments and requests that you post later that are your own original ideas are also acceptable for Designers to use. Concepts that are considered obvious and commonly used will also be fair game. Some examples of this include a dog & cat for a pet hospital, shopping bag for an e-commerce company, a tooth for a dentist, initials for a lawyer, etc.

With due respect, I sent a message to another designer and asked about using the star element. He said you told him to make a star which is not from the designer's idea.
