#19, I like that much more thank you! I feel a little bit like the two faces dont look too "excited" for some reason. It feels a little too corporate and we want to convey a little more friendliness and accessibility.
I really dislike using gradient background because they are not part of the actual logo and are miss-leading.....it is always best to view logos on white or a solid colour...this makes designer more effective and will allow for changes to design colour that a gradient background does not allow for.
drop shadows reflections are sued to cover poor design work...these can all be added at a later date to enhance a good design especially for web use
