I think 3-2-1 is represent the steps right? I make the logo mark like a guidance map, but also show the improvement (represent by the size of each step, get larger and larger).

Please make the word entrepreneur plural
So it should say
"The Foundation 4 Entrepreneurs"

can you try the 3-2-1 numbers done in a BBC like way with Red Boxes with white writing

just want to see what it would look like in comparison vs. the cards

can you try to make the graphic just go across not up and to the right - wil give it a more B B C feel
