I definitely like the style you use...Entry 14 is modern, classy and bold. Can we do some more variations of this? Is there also a variation where the "RSP" portion goes to the left of the word companies? I really liked what you did for the mitchell companies, Entry 26 & 13 for that contest. Can you also do something in a similar way to those? I don't know if it's possible given that I have 3 letters to integrate as opposed to 2 but am looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Really like this...Can we do some variations of 14...maybe try making the "RSP" portion bigger, try moving it to the left of the word "companies" and maybe see how you would add "Real Estate Investment and Managment" underneath on a version?
I will work in all requested directions but as for the Mitchell Companies and it's 3D rendering these two words were of different importance while here three letters have similar status I suppose.
thanks for the latest submissions! With entry 14, can you make the "RSP" portion larger...similar size to what you did with Entry 40? Then, with Entry 40 (and I guess 30 & 14) can you try maybe putting a line under the word "companies" and then add the "Real Estate Investment and Management". on the 2 designs where you put the slogan (41 & 42) it feels like the text should be stretched the same distance (left and right) as the word "companies" and maybe there needs to be a touch more space in between the word Companies and the next line "Real Estate Invest....."...this is why I suggested maybe trying to insert a line to break it up but of course whatever you think looks best! With Entry 42, this is something I'd really like to explore. In this case I'm wondering if having the S flopped down in the middle is working...maybe it needs to be larger or sideways so the R & the P can sit inside it if they are going to stay vertical....don't know. Let's keep working with this as well and try some different variations. Thanks for your work & submissions thus far!
Thank you for your detailed comments. Although I explore much more options that I can or want to show but there can always be something obvious that I don't see. Here are requested variations with slightly different layout and fonts. As for the second theme - I integrated letters and enlarged/raised "S" to be more prominent. The message of the second theme seems to be more venturus while the first more stable and predictive.
Hey Sculptor, Thanks for all the submissions! Entry 57 is my favorite thus far. I think we might need to soften it just a bit though...wondering if you could try adding just a touch of color to it...maybe an outline in bold blue around the letters or changing the color of the line that separates the word Companies for "Real Estate...." or maybe have some kind of fill fading in in the RSP portion...you decide. (Maybe the "R" and the "P" are colored and the S in the middle stays the silver color) We'll see but think maybe having only this steel grey color and no other colors might be a touch too industrial. I like it though and like the sliver / grey as the majority...but maybe there is a slight use of black and / or blue in there somehow. Also, with entry 57 maybe the font for the word "Companies" should be the same font used in Entry 14. I like keeping "REal estate investment..." in the lighter, less prominent font that it is now.
Also, can you try something where you take "The RSP" and have it in a similar size as you do in entry 14, and just move it to the left of the rest of the logo (instead of on top). Maybe there is a vertical line that seperates "The RSP" from "Companies" (and underneath companies, "Real Estate Invest..."

For Entry 104, please remove the box around The RSP, please take the word "The" and have it smaller and running vertically from top to bottom to the left and beside the "RSP", please stretch the word "Companies" to be the same length as it takes to write out "Real Estate Investment and Management".
