Hi Stella, Just as wanted to select this one as the winner, I noticed that by Ellen Lammens and the lines next to the text are gray... Thought they were white...
Can you make it white in 424, and also the WORKSHOPS & DESSERT in 447 and 448. The corresponding logos with a white background are 423, 448 and 467, I don't mind the gray in 448 and 467, but I do in 423.
Sorry for this late adjustments...
Kind regards, Ellen
Dear Ellen,
For the price, I will send you a message after the contest end :)
If you don't mind, please rank the logo u need me to send to you.
And tell me the rank 1 until ... u need :)
I will provide it.
Thank you so much for your time
Kind regards,
Stella
Hi Stella,
What is the prize you ask for those extra designs/logo's. As I said I like the first 10 - 12. (And I liked the golden glitter one aswell, for holiday season ;-). Do you have a prize/logo? Kind regards, Ellen
Hi Stella, could you leave little bit more black space at the sides of the text of L'Atelier Sucre, so make the total logo a little bit smaller, also in 461? Kind regards, Ellen
LOL ;-), Stella, it's OK. I like the first 12 logo's. Let me do a final check up this evening with my husband and will finalize the contest. Tnx very much! Kind regards, Ellen
Hi Stella, Can you try to move the words, and whisk around so the fit in a circle?
Perhaps the wisk above, L'Atelier under the whisk and Sucre under L'Atelier. I looking for a solution for the tiny circles a put on tarts...
Kind regards,
Ellen
Hi Ellen,
Kindly review without the lines #463
The font for L'Atelier Sucré are hand made :)
the tagline is google font
Kindly review #463
Thank you Ellen :)
Kind regards,
Stella
Hi Stella, Can I see this logo whitout the lines next to workshops & dessert?
Also one more questions since I don't remember: are these font commercially available if I want to use them in my website?
Do you make websites? Kind regards Ellen
Hi Ellen,
Kindly review the change refer to your last message
Circle logo #454
move WORKSHOPS & DESSERT #455, #456
remove the rectangle #456, #457, #458
Thank you Ellen :)
Kind regards,
Stella
Hi Stella, Can you move workshops & dessert a little bit down?
Then again draw a circle around the whole logo, but the logo may be higher in the circle then in 438.
Hi Ellen,
Kindly review the change refer to your last message
Black and white version 423 #447, #448
2 lines WORKSHOPS & DESSERT #449, #450
rectangle version 437 #451, #452, #453
Thank you Ellen :)
Kind regards,
Stella
- Can you make the black/white version of 423 and 424 (cfr 439 and 440)? I love it!
- Can you make the logo in a rectangle (like 437, but no circle). I would like to see that. I can also put that on my cakes (Perhaps also in black & white?)
- Could you put 2 little lines before and after WORKSHOPS & DESSERT in 442 and 441, as in by Ellen Lammes?
Hi Ellen,
I am so sorry for my mistake :(
Kindly review same whisk position on 423 #441, #442, #443, #444, #445, #446
I will refer to the design 423
I am so sorry once again.
Thank you,
Kind regards,
Stella
Misunderstanding: I wanted 427, 428 and 431 with the same whisk position as in 423 (so starting above the beginnen of the e of L'AteliEr, ...), and also the new logo's. So 423 and 424 are ranked 1 & 2.
I LOVE the black and white versions 439 and 440!!!! So please also repostion the whisk in the same place as 423 (i.e. little to left).
For the circle ones, I'll give feedback later this morning.
427, 428, 431 are same whisk position :)
I just minus one of the slogan.
For the press you can send them:
- color version (Black and White background) "or and" black and white version (no color).
- You can send vector file to them so they can change what they need.
- But I suggest you provide them, so you can reduce mistake on the wrong color applications.
Thank you Ellen
Hi Stella, Sorry for the delay (had a workshop tonight). My husband and I want 423 and 424 , currently ranked 1 & 2. (Hope it's not too mucht trouble moving the whisk in the new logo's....). For the additional ones: 427, 428, 431 but with whisk position of 423. Also: would you draw lines next to WORKSHOPS & DESSERT? Can you make those logos with ---- by Ellen Lammens --- in the same font as WORKSHOPS & DESSERT in 427, 428 and 431? If I need a logo in Black & White, so whithout color, can it be deducted from the available logos by the people of the press office, or do they need an extra logo? I don't know anything about that... I think EPS and JPG are fine.
Can you make a logo with only the logo and put it in a circle so I can see what it would look like as decoration on a tart?
Going to sleep now, continue in the morning.
Kind regards, Ellen
If you do not mind, please rank the logo you need me to send you.
And tell me rank 1 to ... that u need.
what file format you need?
here (logotournament) we only can upload eps and jpg file.
All additional files I will send to you via email.
Thank you Ellen :)
It will be the negative version 426. And then perhaps 425, but without by Ellen Lammens, but with --- Workshops & Dessert --- or 425 without Workshops & Dessert, but with Ellen Lammens alone. I will need the logo to print on chocolate to put on my tarts/cakes, so it should be readable in small sizes. If you want to do suggestion on this platform, I can wait untill late this evening to select 425 as winner.
Kinds regards, Ellen
Tnx Stella for your patience and hard work! As I said, I also would like the negative version and perhaps one or two variations. But first I will select this one as the winner. Congrats!!!
OK Stella! Can you just place the whisk in total a tiny little bit (0.5 -1 mm) to the left, position as in 420, starting just above the e of L'AteliEr and ending at the beginning of the r of Sucre + send negative version?
Tnx very much! Kind regards, Ellen
no worries Ellen :)
Kindly review the change with whisk #421, #422
I made 2 options for the whisk the thin tip and thick tip for the whisk.
Thank you Ellen :)
Hi Stella, my daughter and husband like this the most. But I wonder is it possible adjust the central line of the whisk (which is drawn into the centre of the handle) to correspond with the other lines of the whisk which are fainting away when they get closer to the handle. So eighter adjust the middle line, or adjust all the others of the whisk to end at the handle. Do you understand my 'problem'? Sorry for all those details... I like the font adjusted font size!
Kind regards, Ellen
Hi Stella, last hours before choosing... (between 401 and 396)
Can you make the handle of 396 black and send a negative version?
I get the impression that the text by Ellen Lammens is too far from WORKSHOPS & DESSERT (in both logo's 396 and 401), just a tiny bit...
Could you also make WORKSHOPS & DESSERT one size (so also just a tiny bit) smaller and perhaps make the lines of --- by Ellen Lammens --- a little bit shorter?
Very kind regards, Ellen
Can you turn the wisk 180 degrees (so handle to the left, wisk to the right) and leave the shadow out? In doubt about the fonts ;-) Kind regards,
Ellen
Dear Ellen,
In my opinion, I love #399
- the font match all the design,
- I preferred by Ellen Lammens, because it makes it different from the slogan.
- for #398 In my opinion the fonts slogan not flow well with the design, because of uniqueness L'Atelier Sucré.
this is just only my opinion :)
it all depends on your assessment, you know which one the best for you :)
If I were you ,I will having a hard time choosing too :)
kind review #401 (the darker handle)
Thank you Ellen
Kind regards,
Stella
First, very good job, also in 400!
For me the handle in 399 may be adjusted in the black of 400.
Then, I'm having a hard time choosing...
As a designer, is there anything else you would change/advise?
Which fonts for ELLEN LAMMENS or Ellen Lammens and WORKSHOPS & DESSERT do you prefer/advise? I like designs 400, 399, 398, 366 ,365 (also the whisks).
Would you write by Ellen Lammens in script or not? Perhaps in 400 that will be nice.
I like a readable text, but also want a special logo which clearly is designed by a professional ;-)
That's why I like 398, it's not the 'normal' font, but offcourse it should match the whole style.
Hi Stella, Can you turn the whisk again a bit backwards? I would like to see what that gives. + for me, the handle can be darker black, since it's smaller and not taking to much attention away for the text and wisk.
Kind regards, Ellen
Hi Stella, I like 396 and 391 the best.
Font matches the whisk better. And now, final touch ;-) can you turn the whisk a bit backwards, in an angle between what it is now and in 358? Kinds regards, Ellen
Hi Stella, I like 350 anf 370 ranked 5th, but would like to have it a bit more classy and your design is getting there. I like the font for Ellen Lammens and Workshops & Dessert of thoose logo's. That's a bit more narrow and higher. Could you do something with this comment? Kind regards, Ellen
Dear Ellen,
Yes I can see other designer designs, but we can not copy from other designer.
If you have another design that you like, you can send me dropbox link, I will try to made it :)
Thank you so much for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Stella
Hi Stella, I would like to send you another design which I like, and which you can use to finalise yours. Yours is more classy, the other one more playfull. Or can you see logo's from other contestants? Kind regards, ellen
Hi Ellen,
Kindly review #397
you can send me the dropbox link to this comment column :)
What kind document you want to send me?
Thank you Ellen.
Kind regards,
Stella
Hi Ellen,
I am sorry for the delay, I just finish my dinner :)
Kindly review #396
you can us the glitter one for social media or web :)
you can have it if you want.
Thank you
Kind regards,
Stella
When printed the text Workshops & dessert is not that clear.
Can you leave the glitter out of the text, but keep the same color (is it as in 391?), and keep the whisk or do the same as in 383. But keep this size.
Also can you make the text WORKSHOPS & DESSERT a bit smaller in size (something between 388 and in 376)? For me the black of handle is ok!
Kind regards, Ellen
Hi Ellen,
Kindly review new change refer to your last message. #387, #388, #389
do you have link color reference that you can send me?
Thank you Ellen :)
Kind regards,
Stella
I like this font the most, but can you keep the same size as in 376?
Try writing by Ellen Lammens (not ELLEN LAMMENS)
About the color: can you search a brighter yellow golden color?
Kind regards,
Ellen
Could you make the handle again some darker black? I prefer this more than the golden handle.
I would like to
Dear Ellen,
I try the whisk handle gold.
more balance on black background.
for the gold is it like this? #382, #383, #384
Font variations #385, #386
Thank you Ellen :)
Hi Stella,
Getting closer and closer!
- Could the handle of the whisk be a little lighter black? For now, it takes away the attention of L'atelier Sucré. Also in the negative version with the white, the handle is too eye cathing.
- Make the handle a little bit shorter at the end (about 1/4 of the lenght of the handle) and place the whisk in total a bit higher away from L'Atelier Sucre. It's to close to the text.
- Is it possible to use a more 'glitter/sparkling' gold color for the whisk and 'Workshops & Dessert'?
- I would like the space between Ellen Lammens and Workshops & dessert a bit smaller. Is there a font which is a little less wide for Ellen Lammens & Workshops & Dessert(more narrow).
Hi Stella, almost there. I like all the fonts in one. Could you take the whisk of 362 (side view), move the handle upwards and make the whisk smaller ( to fit the whisk between the l of atelier and the s of Sucre? Kind regards
I also like the wisk of 360, But it should be a little smaller and placed above the lier from atelier. Can you make those adjustments? I'll be away for the rest of the day, so more feedback to the 2 new designs this evening!
Hi Stella, Is it possible to use the whisk of 360 in this logo, but make the whisk a little bit smaller and use the same font of Workshops & Dessert for by Ellen Lammens.
Nice update. Could the whisk be turned more to the front and the handle backwards (and perhaps upwards)? I know you'll have an issue with the shadow, but now I get the impression that the whisk is away from me. Kind regards, Ellen
Hi Stella, I get different remarks on the whisk... (Light, Badminton stuff, rocket, ...) Could it be adjusted to avoid misunderstandings? I like this something like this image https://www.pinterest.com/pin/567031409304003389/ , but don't know weather it can be integrated in a nice manner.
Kind regards,
Ellen
Hi Cloud99, could you also put the 'By Ellen Lammens' and Workshops & Dessert of 330 beneath this logo? I think that will work fine. Kind regards Ellen
by Ellen Lammens is the same color :)
because the font not same thickness it feels different colors.
This is larger version of this logo #330
more feedback are welcome.
Thank you :)
Kind regards,
Stella
Hi Stella, This is also a logo that's been selected with the latest 4, but needs some adjustments: Can you replace 'by Ellen Lammens' and 'Workshops & Dessert' by the version of 326 and make sure the Workshops & Dessert match the new optained version of the logo in size and font. Very kind regards, Ellen
OK, and
could L'Atelier Sucré be a little more bold (or more black, it seems gray)
+ the text by Ellen Lammens in the script of 324?
+ WORKSHOP & DESSERT in the same font as L'Aterlier Sucré?
I like this one the most of the adjustments. Are there 2 spaces betwee Atelier & Sucre? It seems that sucré is a bit far from Atelier? Also same question: could you switch the fonts of 'L'Atelier Sucré' and By Ellen Lammens? Kind regards,
Ellen
Getting into the final days of this contest :-). For this logo: could the wisk be place a little more to the right. I get the impression that it's not centralised, but perhaps that an illusion?
Then: as I said I like the the wisk and font, but I'm not sure they match perfectally. What do you think. I don't want it to be to curly and to italic. so something between would be nice.
Hi Cloud99, I like the elegant wisk and the more playfull text, with the update font of the new logo's. could you also use the exact same image of the wisk as in 265 in the three latest logo's (so without the line beneath the wisk)? The logo's without the script font were very beautifull, but perhaps 'to serious' for me. I'm a very open, enthousiast person but also a perfectionist ;-) so I would like to have that feeling in my logo. Kind regards, Ellen
This logo has my preference since it matches my favorite wisk & font of L'Atelier Sucre. But the 3 different fonts in one logo are to much for me. Could you submit 3 new logo's with following changes:
1. Use the same font as workshops & dessert for 'By Ellen Lammens'
2. Leave Ellen Lammens out with workshops & dessert in gold
3.Leave Ellen Lammens out with workshops & dessert in black.
Hi, would it be better without te lines next to workshops & dessert?
I will go to sleep any moment (from Belgium). Will contact you back tomorrow ;-)
Regards, Elle
Waauw, we will definitely get to the perfect logo!!! Really hard to choose from the latest uploads! Do you have a preference?
3 extra questions:
1. can you leave 'Ellen Lammens' out, and just keep Workshops & dessert? We liked the horizontal line beneath L'Atelier Sucré, where Ellen Lammens was in between. Would that be nice if there's only 'Workshops & Dessert'?
2. Are all fonts you use commercial, I mean can I download them somewhere? I'm working on a website and would like the style of the logo match with the website ;-).
3. I will purchase more then one version (negative, monocolor, perhaps another version of the logo), so I found in the tournament help section that we need to arrange that between us. So I curious what your asking for purchasing extra versions? Kind regards & tnx so much for your time & lovely designs!
Some feedback for finetuning your logo. Could you send an update with:
1. a less italic script font
2. a font as in no 195, but with capitals included as in L'Atelier Sucre. A bit like https://twitter.com/pierremarcolini.
3. I think the font of Ellen Lammens and Workshops & Dessert should be the same (just the font, the size and color may differ). What do you think? Kind regards, Ellen
Hi Cloud99, I'm having a very hard time of choosing between your designs and thoose of bmac6... Would you be willing to work together and split the fee? The reason I'm asking, is because I really like bmac6's handwritten font and your wisk. If you're not willing to cooperate with another designer, I will have to make a decision, but for now, I think it would be a fair option to consider. Kind regards, Ellen
Hi, Not sure to choose the Italic or straight script... What do you think? I really like this logo's with the wisk, but they are very luxious. You came from very playfull design to very chique ones. Could you bring a modification in this one to make it a little more playfull? Perhaps another color? I'm not a designer, so it's up to you.
Hi cloud99, You did very well. If I gave you complete 'Carte Blanche' (You can do what you like with images, font, text, color), what should the logo look like? I want some more variation in my proposals ;-)
I like the idea of the R from atelier swirling around the logo!!! Nice!!!
For me it isn't neccesary to incorporate the 3 actvities (workshops, pastry, ice cream) in the image. It looks nice, but I'm not sure about the image of the rolling pin, cake, ice cream... But I definitely like the shape of the logo and font!
Nice Logo, definitely in the right direction. I think the cherry is a little bit over the top. Perhaps it could be replaced by something else? But as I say, it looks good.

Can you leave the glitter out of the text, but keep the same color (is it as in 391?), and keep the whisk or do the same as in 383. But keep this size.

I like something sparkling, but don't know wether thats possible. Otherwise something more ocher (so 388 but more brownish/greenish).

Also can you make the text WORKSHOPS & DESSERT a bit smaller in size (something between 388 and in 376)? For me the black of handle is ok!

Try writing by Ellen Lammens (not ELLEN LAMMENS)
About the color: can you search a brighter yellow golden color?

Could you make the handle again some darker black? I prefer this more than the golden handle.

I searched the web for font I would like to see in the logo:
https://www.dafont.com/djb-jenna.font?text=L%27Atelier+Sucr%E9
https://www.dafont.com/notera-2.font?text=L%27Atelier+Sucr%E9
https://www.dafont.com/javacom.font?text=L%27Atelier+Sucr%E9
https://www.dafont.com/antro-vectra.font?text=L%27Atelier+Sucr%E9
Or something like those. Could you try to incoporate them in this logo?
Kind regards, Ellen

This logo has my preference since it matches my favorite wisk & font of L'Atelier Sucre. But the 3 different fonts in one logo are to much for me. Could you submit 3 new logo's with following changes:
1. Use the same font as workshops & dessert for 'By Ellen Lammens'
2. Leave Ellen Lammens out with workshops & dessert in gold
3.Leave Ellen Lammens out with workshops & dessert in black.
Thank you very much!!!
Kind regards, Ellen

Answer
1. I will submit another options for this changes
2. I use google font, so you can easily match the website.
for the "L'Atelier Sucré"
"L'A" and "S" are custom made to match weight of the text.
3. If the contest end, you can tell me which entry logo you need. I will PM you for this matter :)
Submit the change soon.
Thank you,
Kind regards,

For me it isn't neccesary to incorporate the 3 actvities (workshops, pastry, ice cream) in the image. It looks nice, but I'm not sure about the image of the rolling pin, cake, ice cream... But I definitely like the shape of the logo and font!
