I'm going to do the survey and i want 2 options: logo with text and logo without text.

I imagined them different, I prefer this one. i like its essence.

I have 2 comments:

1. I like the abstract tree for sustainability, i like the fish for sector, but how could you represent the gender in this logo?

2. In other hand, we want to use a logo without text. Could you do another proposal and remove the text from the logo and work only with the picture?

hi, sorry for late response, i was unavailable. i clearly understand what you asked but another designer had already used this idea. therefore i cannot do it. instead of it, i used a color cycle from blue 2 blue ( #114 - #115 ) hope you like it.

By the way, would you like to play with the colors in the flower? I'm thinking if you divide in two colors each parts of the picture (right and left), maybe it can represent better the "equality participation".
