Could you try a sloth? https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/380061656033655322/
It is slow moving, it conveys relaxation. If you look at that link, you will also see at further down, the image of a fox design with different shades of blue. I wonder if integrating this in the design of the animal would not convey artistry a bit. Could be very busy though. Final question, my screen is a bit challenging. Are you working in dark blue and light blue or black and light blue? I know changing the image is a lot of work. I really appreciate it.
I am now revisiting the logo I prefer from each finalist. I wanted to add to my previous comment that I find the branch coming from the side very clever. Makes me think slightly of a brain wave. Even that little owl is great. I was wondering if you would consider trying to come up with a design that has the same kind of composition but stays away from hinting to sleep. When in deep trance, the predominant brain waves are theta. The theta letter in Greek looks like an eye. Maybe some sort of of animal with theta eyes. I have found this design to have the most originality to start with and I am hoping you can pursue your work in that direction. Thank you
Again, I like the offset of the business name. However, since the ''B'' in bwaves stands for brain, I prefer to stay away from any imagery that hints to water or earth, even more importantly when using blues.
Thank you. The construction of this logo appeals to me as well. I find the colors work well together. I want to stay away from obvious references to ''eyes'' because I feel it reinforces some misconceptions about what hypnotherapy is. I also find with the eye this way and the blue, the mind goes to ''water'' , which doesn't work for me.
Thank you. I really like how you have constructed the logo with the ''Focused'' being slightly offset. I like the playfulness of the icon and the referral to the eye. What doesn't resonate as much with me is the ''sleeping'' aspect of it. In my line of work I have to constantly educate my client on what hypnotherapy actually is and referring to sleep/being more passive doesn't serve me. My role is to guide my clients while the are in hypnosis but they are actively engaged in the process.
