Hi,
As I mentioned on previous entry concept of the logo is splash of different ideas from all over the world, also it simulates big bang, green background is there to associate the power saving, ecology and evolution which came after the big bang happened, also we have a gray border but it stands there just to be beaten by ideas and creativity.

splash of ideas is a great approach. could we find a more free format explenation? Being in a box is norrowing down the ideas.
And we dont want to use light bulb icon:)
