The other designer has an eye not a lens, there are multiple designers submitted with that concept

I'm afraid, i will not be able to use that concept, since another designer has already submitted using that concept. It will be in violation of designer rules in Logo Tournament, if i use it. Apologies.

The same logo can be laid in horizontal layout also. The border frames can be changed accordingly. I have added additional layouts. Do let me know if i got it right.

Also if we were to go with this logo concept there would have to be a second version of it that would work for our outside signage with is about 1 x 7 / 1 x 6 approximately
