I can understand that. I think that medallion sign is now exhausted into details. In your designs are some useful ones. Tomorrow I will look the first time at this with different people. Everything that is available at alternatives can make the decision easier or even more difficult. I am dependent on suggestions from designers. For me it's just a question for you, you're the designer. A shot into the dark can be good if it is an absolute hit. :) The draft mustn't be simple, it could also be complex, but luxurious, taste explosion promising.
Thanks for the feedback.
At the moment I am out of my studio and I am replying from my mobile but tomorrow morning I'll submit new drafts.

The fruit before the leave ist mutch better than half a fuit und a leave. Black makes it exclusive. How could we get make show the heat radiation in the surrounding, like in #26 ?
Due to LogoTournament's rules during the contest I can't commit to any future projects, because it may influence client's decision but in general web design isn't my field.
Thanks for your understanding :)
Good morning,
I made two variations #42, #43.
In these variations I replaced the yellow inner circle with a radiant shape in order to show the excellence part.
This design is currently my favorite. Could you play with some typefaces, different fonts? Could you also change the three words in the logo, Rösterei on top, and kaf art on the bottom?
What I like about the presentation of heat radiation is that it separates the two words "kaf" and "art" more clearly. Sounds crass, but this outgassing could also be smell. In the other variant with the four flames on the side, I do not have that feeling.
Logo not making to look busy is good. That's why it appels so well. Übersetzen
Vielleicht können wir dieses Dilemma trotzdem lösen. Perhaps we can solve this dilemma. Roasting is busy work. Looking forward to additional suggestions. Thanks very mutch.
Thank you for the input, it gives me a reference to built on.
Regarding the heat of roasting element that is missing from my designs, the only ways I can think of are: a) by adding some steam curved lines or b) by adding a fire icon.
I like all these four variations very well. Yellow border and green leave makes the whole color pleasant. The disadvantage thru the leave is that the bean is then no longer clearly recognizable. There is still something missing who is embodying the heat of the roasting process.

If you win the competition, would you still make me the basic design of the website? It will be a CMS with webshop.

My concern is not to make logo look very busy...
I'll upload new drafts shortly.

Maybe my #9 design, that doesn't have a cup in the logo, is closer to what you want.
