A bit too abstract for our kids, they are more concrete thinkers. We want the customer(Kids) to think Engineering when they see it.

For #4 Even though we are Aerospace, we dont love the plane in the center of this, could you try something else?

Make the center of gear more like an actual gear (with keyway), possibly the letters A&E in the center (With the ampersand that looks like the #3) , or an engineering tool.

hope this is what you wanted. Still keeping the simplicity with solid colors and no gradient to make easier to use for all applications of printing.
