Very good start for the first one. Drop the word program, also we would like to see the word Aerospace in a less emphasized font than the word Engineering(We focus more on Engineering than the Aerospace in our program) We like the look of the placement and size of font on #17 a bit better. Possibly something different in the center of the gear, mayebe an A&E. (We are kinda picky on this though, we dont like the normal Ampersand "&", we like the one that looks like a "#3" with the two small lines at the top and bottom)
We are going to have a conference call tonight at 7 or 8pm and will post any new comments addressing and of the top runners. We will then meet and have a decision made by 9:00am Tuesday morning. All times are Central time US.
on #23 we like the strong Engineering feel, but where the others are beating you out is they are giving us the engineering with some of the aerospace or the design process or even all three. If you could pull in part of the design process from rough design to finished product or a bit of the aerospace you could get us there.

I tried to keep the strong engineering feel, plus make it stronger with the second gear which is inspired from space... plus I changed the abstract compass with a more secure compass image. Fonts capitalised and a small change of the colors... Thanks and I hope you like it. Alexander
