Let me check some more ideas about typography and make the changes also about the colors.
Do you have a preference about "Nabors and Edwards" written with capital letters or all the letters written with capital letters?

like the arrangement. Could we try more creative font? Not crazy, but more sleek/contemporary? And dropping the value in the blue out of the Navy range and more to the slate blue/green? Not as light as your sub heading and descriptor, but less bold.

Just an opinion of mine, i think the slogan is way to long and can be read not to well when you will scale down the logo .

However, in this proportion i've uploaded it can be read easily.
