Sorry, I've updated the slogan in #54

It seems to be a reasonable set of the files for logo. The only question is if you have a specific amendments as for the refining of the logo, so it would go smoothly. Thank you

Are you willing to spend a little time, if selected, refining the logo (not a ton of time)? Once we select the winner, we would like to have you prepare:

Colors
-black and white versions for logo
-color swap versions of the logo

Formats
-jpg and eps files for each of the logo versions listed above

Other
-color and font sheet
-maybe a version with the text, and one without (btw - you updated text in design below - A quality housing project in Midtown Sacramento - but not on this design

In this concept I aimed to present buildings as a big mountains. Tell me if you want to develop this idea. I was unable to find the actual image. I may try to mimic the original shape of the building?

I like this...but not the light blue color as much

like this one too. mountains closer to text. I like the "building quality...." theme. Might be nice to see a version with a blue "Yamanee" text too. Also, one with shortened tagline "A quality housing project in Midtown Sacramento

Its only one building...maybe put a smaller tower (wedding cake) about the center building and drop the two outer buildings
