I like your other logo with the circular design more than this rectangular one.

I really like the font and connectivity of the "AR" letters, that actually looks like a brand. But I don't like the use of negative space; that is the opposite of what a brand looks like. I like the concept of the icons around the initials. But the icons should be outside the circle, they are not part of the brand. Only the AR should like a brand.
