Nice idea, although I didn't get that straight away. I wonder whether something more could be done with the lettering of Autifony? Not sure about the curly Y. One idea could be the F being like the treble clef in musical notation??

I kind of like the musical association, although perhaps something a little more subtle might be better? I liked the coloured circle around the i.

Hi Husk, how about #1 colours with the green circle around the i, as in #2? Also, maybe a more classical font for the Autifony?

Also, could you extend the Therapeutics to fill the space under Autifony up to the Y, as in #1?
