this is definitely more legible. i'll run it by my friends again to see what they think. of course, i like the lowercase first word as it plays off "EVENTS" more nicely.

of the two lowercase versions, i like the first one better.

some people are commenting that the "s" is hard to read. could you show me another version where the "s" is a bit more legible? i like how it's lowercase, but perhaps I could see a more closed lowercase "s" and an uppercase one too?
