The objective of this phase is to make minor revisions and select a winner]
you can temporarily put any designer to first place so that he can submit again. Once it is done, you can put another designer that you have requested revisions from to the no. 1 spot.

Regarding the text. Could you try to use two lines and place the icon to the right? like here:
