I can only upload the winning design to logo tournament, in jpeg and eps format. But i will need your email to forward the extra files to, i also include transparent backed png versions, along with pdf files of each for you. I will also include a 'mock-up' of your logo, a little like the one you saw of mine on instagram :)

The structure of the compass is nice, but it feels a little bit to nice/clean. I don't really know how to describe it. Make it look harder or older. I'm not the artist so I hope you understand what I mean.
In another example there was dots inside the outher circle which I liked. It gave me the feel that the logo is bolted on metal.
I really lika the kettlebells, nice!
Can you try another font, something "old", maybe a bit smaller size.
