Yes I like that font better. More black than brown

What if that big circle was a baseball/softball?
Replace brown with black

I like the boat in the other logos.
This is a little bright. I like the direction it just seems like a lot going on. More black and less brown.

This is my best bet from all the studies I came up with, came up with a lighter variant in the other entry too. Thank you.

Tried on a new cruise liner graphic on this one.

Tried a new font, I think this font is more readable.

This variant I change the oval shape of the base of the 24 sports logo to a baseball.

More gold less brown. More luxury, but on the right track
