We're in the right direction. But we need the silver/grey chrome (diagonal design) areas to be recolored like in Herbalife24 logo. Please check this link to see what I'm referring to: https://skitch.com/caisaya/82gju/herbalife24
As for the color style of the number 24, we need it to be very similar to Herbalife 24 logo's 24 without making the similarity too obvious. We can add herbalife24's green at the tail of number 2. Make it diagonal chrome style with hex#6ec13f and hex#7CD300 colors
On top of the 24 graphic, we need a small text with Herbalife logo (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6112885/24fitclub/Herbalife.png I made an amateur changes to give you an idea) and Independent Distributor. Here's a similar design we want it to look like: http://www.24sports.tv/catalog/view/theme/default/image/24sports_logo.png
As for the fit club text, we need it to be beside the number 24 with a background similar to this shape: https://skitch.com/caisaya/82gke/herbalife24-our-products or as seen on this shape: http://www.24sports.tv/catalog/view/theme/default/image/24sports_logo.png we need the green monochrome color to have hex#6ec13f and hex#7CD300 colors and with an area for us to put our own tagline below it.
