I love the professionalism of the logo.
I like always in front taking responsibility. Can you make one hand on the star higher, so it looks he is raising his hand to say I am? I would like the star to look different than most star's, so I it can be identified with me. I plan to trade mark my logo, so I want it different. Thanks for your ideas.

x marks the spot, should be a little darker purple, not as much pink. I like it.
The x is different and I like that. Great use of fonts. I would love to see other ideas from you.

variation - with different font and star - if you take responsibility you become the star or you get to catch the star.
possibly makes the message a bit stronger.
