We like the text box and that it almost looks like an ear for listening. Can you try to add some kind of a feedback loop concept and try maize and blue - the University of Michigan colors?

Nice work. I think we need a little more space in between each word - including between feedback and system. Is there a reason you have "listening in a lighter font?"

shows a process flow becomes real ( successful ) , symbolized from listening ( thin ) then understanding ( medium ) and improving ( bold)

OK - I get it. That is smart. I didn't notice at first that there were three variations in boldness. These are great designs. It is getting late here. We will provide further thoughts tomorrow.
