A few more color variations. I believe in this type of business it is common to use a group of logo color combos for different tastes.

I've uploaded new proposals.
Colors: I used the colors you mentioned, and experimented with a few more. Please let me know which versions are going in the right direction.
NYC: I added the text in six variations. You can choose the one you prefer so I can combine it with the logo colors you like.

i really like this version, but with the crumbs.
I also would like you show me different colors options.
Also can you add NYC at the bottom of the logo.
Maybe you should change the color of the black background can we do something more gold or brown. Also the logo itself maybe a little lighter.

I contacted other designer, and it looks like "B" with a round text in the lower part of the circle is his concept and I'm not allowed to use it. Please let me know if you have some alternative guidelines for me, and I'll be happy to make those changes. Thank you!

In the meantime, I added the crumbs and roughened the edges of the first version.

I like this one but can you add the letter B in the center with "By Berengere " around the bottom half.
