this looks good. Both versions will go to the finalist phase where my team will look at the top 5 logo designs and pick the winner.

so now the SOAR with a gradient fill is hard to read as the top and bottom are closer to the darker background color. If you could do a gradient that is silver/gold versus silver to black or gold to black that might brighten it up.

This looks good. Can you do one where the SOAR is Gold and Silver? or maybe make the mountain tops gold?

placement of everything looks good - the gold is too washed out though and should be metallic. Same for the silver. I don't mind a gradient fill - but the color should be more shiny if that makes sense.

The gold should be more metallic and the silver too - if you are able to do that. It looks a little faded (gold color). The Tagline "SEEK OPPORTUNITES..." - should be underneath the mountains versus by the IAHSP logo as that is the theme and will define the acronym SOAR.

No problem I can use a different font.

the font for SOAR is a little thick. . . I know it has the image of the mountains in it but I am wondering if you have a different font to use that is easier to read - I prefer clean edge fonts versus ones like times roman.

SOAR needs to be where 2021 is. No words in bird. And 2021 can be part somewhere else

The word SOAR needs to be where the 2021 is... that is the biggest font and word In your design and the year is not the focus- the theme is. Please make 2021 smaller - and move someplace else. No words on top of the bird.
