This is better - we need the date included. And the gold is a bit too orange/bronze -

Needs the date of our event included and the bird looks a little cartoonish.

Ps - you also need to put the actual dates for the event in the logo. Those were provided in the specs I shared for the contest.

Please swap 2021 for the word SOAR. The theme SOAR should be larger...

of the design you turned in this one is my favorite - please fix the bird

For all the designs - please have only one bird - an eagle type shape not a seagull - soaring - and the bird should be more prominent in the logo. Colors are good. Slogan is also Seek Opportunities And Rise
