Not problem to make all the stars blue or any other change...
I can send to you the logo with that change if you rank my design first... during the Selection Period just the designer ranked first is allowed to send updates of their logos.... and you can change that rank and ask different designers for updates

Here my entries... based in the concept of growing with the bar chart growing-up... and the star circle that is the symbol of the european union, but growing-up too... also with different font options and color combinations for your evaluation
