Yes, during the top 5 phase you can fine tune designs from the designers you liked the best. Only the top 5 designs (not designs) are allowed to submit entries. Hope that helps?
Clarifying you statement! Only the top 5 designers are allowed to submit entries? In the rules I thought it said that the top 5 can change at any time? Sorry I am just trying to make sure I understand the process. Thanks!!

Thanks for the adjustments. Can you drop the LLC on #62 and bump up the size of Med Alert a little bit. Also, I am curious what three thinner signals waves coming off that corner would look like. Maybe going from thin to something not quite as thick as what you already have. Thanks!
