#2 I will make suggestions. Thanks for the entry. I really like it so far but do have a couple of suggestions. I will get back to you shortly.

#2 Here are some suggestions for you.
1. can you move the image to the left of the text, like image #1
2. can you change the symbols around the globe to a person, a cow and a tree (like a pine tree)
3. can you change the colors of the symbols so that they are distinct from the globe, for example,yellows to greens
4. can you add a portion of the slogan under Salud Americas (put "Infectious Disease and Food Safety"). perhaps this could be a shade of violet or purple to stand out from the rest.
