The red bell looking thing thing is supposed to be an emergency light, as stated in my earlier comment. U need to ask yourself what sets your logo apart from other, what is the hook, that will make it memorable. I didn't opt for a typical clock because that is all a typical clock is. It doesn't communicate what your company is about nor does create an identity.
I apologize if we seem a little slow. There are several people involved in our reviews and selection. This logo was very different from what we have been seeing. Most include some sort of clock showing the hands on 11 and 12, indicating 11:00. I am not sure about the red bell shaped feature, and the logo is out to the others in our group for comments. We do like the red in the logo, although in this logo it is too much and not subtle at all. Thanks for your participation and input.
