Thanks for this new logo! We love it.
In order to present a few options to the other members of the coalition to get their approval on the final version, could you please send:
- A version with the stronger colours but thin lines?
- A version where 1000 is of the initial size but bolder? to see what it looks like
- One black and white version to see how it would like if possible (for both thick and strong lines)

I made 3 new versions. In each of these versions:
- I made the fading different
- I made the thickness of the lines thicker and thicker
- I highlighted "1000" in different ways
- I used different fonts for the slogan
- I moved the slogan lower.

We like your approach overall, in particular the combination of the disk (geometric) + waves (in an abstract way).

Could you try:
1/ slighter thicker lines in the image
2/ make the top of the image a bit less faded, to make the overall disk shape a bit clearer
3/ make 1000 stand out more
4/ find a more original font for signature
5/ lower the signature a bit

Like the drawing. Could you try with "1000 Ocean" on one line, and "startups" on a second line below? Or "1000", "OCEAN" and STARTUPS on top of each other (each on one line), on the side of the drawing?
