#7 I think this is the color I'm going for, also possibly red white and blue. I would really like to see some swimmer silhouettes jumping off (or getting ready) to jump off blocks. I think it would be cool if the blocks were placement medals (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place).

#5 Just noticed the gold, silver, and bronze you were going with. I kind of like this too. Would just like to see those as placement medals.

Thanks Corvin..... another thing I noticed is we don't need that 2013 at the bottom because we already have it at the top.... and maybe put Saturday in front of April 27th - Saturday, April 27th - and possibly even add in the location - Sunnyvale, CA.

My customer also asked me to keep it kid friendly so maybe think of that as you're doing the blocks. Another idea, hopefully to make things easier for you, was to have ribbons coming off the backs of the medals (blocks) and wrapped around to give some color to the logo. Maybe weave the text in with the ribbons somehow if possible. That's why I mentioned red, white, and blue may be the other 3 colors if needed. Just some ideas that were given to me.

Haha. Good deal. We do 5 to 15 events each weekend and sometimes we'd like art a little bit better than we can do ourselves. If we get some good stuff out of this I'll be using this site quite a bit.

These entires are not what you were looking for (#8 and #9), just would like to know if they're "too much" for kid friendly logo? I'm looking for the style, meanwhile still working on the other one.

#9 Thanks Corvin. I like 9 better than 8 but I'm not real high on that overall look. I like the text style in 7 the best. Think "10 & Under Championships" should stand out. "2013" and "Pacific Swimming" can be a little smaller. Maybe make the blocks a little larger, put circular "placement medals" on them - 1st, 2nd, 3rd.... and have some sort of swimmer sillhouettes on top of the blocks - if possible. Maybe some water splatter as well would look good. Thanks for your hard work.

Sorry missed the first comment. I think somewhere inbetween 7 and 9 would work as far as the kid friendliness is concerned.

11 is my favorite so far. Can I see what it looks like with the words "10 & under championships" switched with pacific swimming? Also can we add the date and Sunnyvale to that one? I'm working now but I'll try and respond whenever I see the next

Corvin... getting better and better. I think we are heading i the right direction. A few things I would like to see....

1) "10 & UNDER CHAMPIONSHIPS" has to be the biggest text. If you could replace "Pacific" with "10 & Under" and "Swimming" with "Championships". Then put Pacific Swimming up top and move the date where 10 & under is right now. I think that would look right.

2) I would still like to see swimmers on blocks. This could be as simple as replacing the swimmers in the medals. It's something my customer asked for so something I have to show.

3) Maybe a little more color in the background. Maybe some sort of combination of 18 an 16 but be creative. I think more is better for the age group we will be selling to.

Sure, will do all of these changes, but first let me prepare another cup of coffee :)

#26 and #27 I like a lot! Thanks so much for your hard work. I think from here forward just some minor changes before I show to my customer. Working with #27......

1) Any chance of getting rid of halftones and getting the logo down to 5 solid colors - red, navy blue, bright blue, white, and gold. We are making transfers with these and halftones are tough to print. Example... all the bright blue in the image should be the exact same color.

2)Can we make the "Pacific Swimming" just a tad bigger? Maybe make the ribbon a little bigger to make it possible or put it above the ribbon.

3) Can we put that navy blue outline around the ribbon like you had in example 21?

4) Can I see the text colors in a few variations?

Don't worry about the colors, I work in pre-press ;) I always send all files what the client needs for different products (T-shirt, flyers, promotional items, web, etc.).

Yes please without the halftones. It will be all transfers and those can be difficult with halftones. If I could see the blue outline around the ribbon too that would be nice. Just so the customer can see it that way.

Oh. Is it possible to get down to 6 colors? That's all I can do on my press. Maybe turn the bronze into gold?

Do you have much experience screen printing or doing art for screen printing? Would the halftones be really hard to print. My favorite is still #27.

Many details in the medals, but I think in 120 lpi you can print it quite good (it depends of the size of the logo).

Will be a pretty decent sized logo. Let's go with the halftones in medals - I have quite a bit of time to learn how to print it right. Can I still see the changes I requested in my 11:16 and 11:18 posts? Trying to get a couple I think my customer will like so I can send things there way. Thanks!

Hi Corvin... I'm still waiting on more feedback from my customers. The people from logotournament.com suggested I remove most of your files to help encourage other people to get in on the contest.... that's why I moved them to the right. Hi Corvin.... just got some feedback from my customers. #43 is their favorite right now. They asked if we could see...

1) The zig zags in red

2) The outline of the pool in red

3) "2013" in silver

4) Same color lettering for "10 & Under Championships" as in entree #44

If I can see those changes I will send them right back to the customer.
