I shortened the width in the size of the maze on #19 for better visibility of dna strands.

But maybe the strands do don't need to be on the wall???

Thank you,

I see the guy Looking in your entries... I wonder if he should be "marking" but not sure how - maybe wait for his feedback.

he said your concept is "getting closer" to what he wants... needs more marking

maybe put 'graffiti' on the maze?

Any suggestions on the graffiti?
I was thinking the dna strands may be hard to see as they are so I could go to solid color with graffiti...
Brainstorming...

Thank you!

I changed the proportion and the clarity and tried to enlarge for details.
Not sure what I could write for the graffiti...just came up with this..if you have something specific you would like me to do or change in any of the elements ...font, colors, sizing, illustration changes....please let me know and I'll do my best

also I removed the dna strands off the horizontal walls but may need to do so also on the other walls because of printing and visibility problems....something to figure out

looking good... my son suggested a similar maze with a bunch of ants.... not sure why but you never know....

I will show them.

Tere - can you modify the character - because it looks too much like scooby doo or waldo ... can we make 'him' more gender neutral ... they are concerned that there are women scientists as well.

Hmmm...you sure have always challenged me :-) This is difficult for me....
I'll try though.
Do you mean ants instead of the round markers walking through the maze?...on the maze? or both?
I think it's going to be a lazy weekend so I'll work on this some more tomrrow probably and upload as I am able.

forget the ant idea ... take the same design and work on the character so he doesnt look like waldo so much... or scooby doo guy... she wants a character that is more gender neutral - yours is definitely male - make it so he could also bee seen as a she - maybe change the hair color too.

the tie needs to go also... maybe put a labcoat on the character?

#53 I needed to do something to unify it all...maybe it could be printed on black tshirts. Maybe the technician can be taken out all together and just have the maze with the markers rolling through them.??

Hi Carol,

Any input is appreciated! If I can see anything new in brainstorming this concept and just tweak this to make it better or more depth, I will do that for you.

Thanks,
Tere

#15 feedback: I like 15 (and 42) in part because they are simple but cute. I think both 42 and 15 would be improved if there were fewer "types" (say, 3-4) so that identifiable subgroups with population of n>2 are visible. Just my 2 cents-- adding on a stylized protein or chromosome would help

this is straight from the client committee notes!
