Really like #15, but we're wondering if there's a way to increase the font size on Short Term Health Plans just a little.

We really like #20. Why don't you use the same color palate as we did with MedicareEnrollment, light blue, green and dark blue, that way you have three colors to work with. We think that if there's a third color being used as the stroke around the ribbon banner where the "Short Term Health Plans" copy is, that might help it stand out more.

Also, you could do a version using the current color palate and just use the light blue as the stroke color.

Good work. You're taking the lead here again already.

On #38, which we like a lot, can you do a version where the hands are holding a state flag. Also, above it, please use the word Florida. What we're trying to find, is a way to incorporate the state flag and name in the logo.

Here's a link to an example of an ad unit we have with a Florida state flag. Also we have a very rough mock up. The text color should not be black, we just did that for the mock up.

You might need to scale back the size of the hands (slightly) in order to make room for the state flag.

LMK if you have any questions.

I am wee bit unsure if Legally I can use the Florida State Flag it would imply that the business / services could be construed to imply either a connection with a State agency or State approval or endorsement of those services.

A map would be a safer choice

I found this info for the use of the State... too much paper work

The only problem with using an image of the actual state, is that when you do this for all 50 states it gets tricky. That's why using a set size (box) for the state flag to be in that is standardized works better.

Also, people have no idea what their state seal looks like. (IE image in link above)

What we're going to do, is when someone is in the state of FL for example, the logo will display the FL state version (with the flag).

When they are in Texas it will display texas. It is GEO targeting and then displaying the corresponding version of the logo. We're going to do all of the work to get each state flag image set up. You've just got to find a way to fit it within a box.

I know it's a bit complicated, but consumers respond well to GEO targeted experiences.

I do understand the flag is the better choice, my concern is over legal use of a State Flag in a brand identity (logo) adding a flag. I am responsible for any legal action that maybe taken if I sell a design with a trademark or copyrighted element/design.

Design #46 is for display purposes only
