I have had great success with Keller Williams clients on this site already and have established off site continued working relationships with some of these clients.
Here are some KW clients who have selected my work just on Logo Tournament alone :
I am striving for clean and crisp designs that are modern and readable from a distance. Bold fonts. Bold lines. These are a must for signage.
Some elements that I will incorporate going forward are: -- White picket fences...to show the American Dream. -- Traditional rooflines, that have reemerged as very popular due to modern twists and angles that they are drawn from. (Home images that are less straight on shots and more shots that appear to be from the corner of the yard for example)
#12 - really close to my vision - I like the look of this logo. I need to have a strong enough design to be seen on signs yet small enough to fit nicely and sharp on paper print, etc. I think the house in #12 is stronger visually than #13. Awesome. All 3 of your design are beautiful.
Thanks Jen - Thanks! (As you can see the copycats will start to follow...sigh) I will continue to work on this design. Keep the feedback coming as it is a huge part of the process.
Jen - If I may toss in my professional opinion here...I would caution against a "name only" approach, simply because of the length of your business name forces the writing to me smaller and less noticeable. I would go with some type of visual mark to compliment the wordmark. Similar to #104 and #105
Another good option that works great for web icons/favicons/apps etc, in addition to signage is a basic bold square iconic logo like #109 | #110 | #111
My favorite of all though is still #12. It is not the basic symmetrical roofline that dominates your industry, yet it remains clean and uncluttered to help it "jump" off of signage etc.
Just an FYI, there is no additional charge for the black background. Should you choose an entry of mine as a rule, I provide it on numerous backgrounds.
OK. Are you selecting #105 it as the winner? (At this point the contest is still in showing as "Judging" mode.) If #105 is your final choice, you just need to rank your top 10 and select your winner by closing the contest.
Note: The top 3 selected must be from different designers.
