Not Getting Site Emails?

Some Service Providers set overly aggressive anti-spam filters for unwanted emails.

Sometimes, update emails will be categorized as such and rejected, or put into your spam folder.

If you are not getting emails within 24 hours you may want to do the following:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Set as a trusted address in your contacts
  • Contact your Service Provider or System Administrator to inquire
  • Use a secondary email system such as Gmail (better spam algorithms) to re-route emails
