I can imagine this circle being animated so it spins to reveal the heart side.
Also, when the N flicks/rotates to a Z - the letter "O" would spin over to the heart side.
I also see this icon working in the site for when the person gets a date or enquiry. Other icons could be designed in the same style for other things... ratings etc....
