Hi Nalapraja,
You are doing a great job on the logo. Here is some additional feedback:
Entry # 21 is the best, however I ranked #20 first place, as I could see it better. Please make the following changes.

Emblem:
1. Remove the third star, which is the middle. Keep the other stars.
2. Try some other female silhouette. You can google, "Business Woman Silhouettes" and see some other examples. Here is one example.

WordMark:
1. Please try to match the red color more closely with our template color.
2. Try a different font, possibly something like a San Serif.
3. Keep the tag line "The Next Generation of Workforce Development" grey, but also change the font.

Combine Both.
1. Place the Emblem to the left of the wordmark.
2. Increase the size of the word mark in relation to the Emblem.
3. See here for an example: http://www.barackobama.com/

Thanks, and lmk if you have any question.

Nalapraja, the logo is looking great. I want to give you some feedback, as I think you have the best emblem, but the word mark still needs some work. Please see # 29 and their word mark. Change the font of the word mark so "workforce" is in grey and "2.0" is in red. Continue to use a san serif font, but make it thinner. Also include a vertical line separating the emblem from the logo. The tag line"next generaton..." should also be in a thinner font. I hope this make sense. I would really like for you to win, because you have worked the best.

Nalapraja, I think you will be the winner! We decided we liked the original emblem with the female. So, all you need to do is remove the star in the middle, and we are good. Great job!!!
