Going with a bold wordmark and the colors you requested. Black goes with anything and it adds contrast and strength to the whole thing. I also wanted this to hint at a piece of heavy duty car audio equipment thus the shiny black rounded rectangle shape with the screws at the corners. I didn't think ".com" was totally necessary since the whole web address can be added to any advertising material below the wordmark anyway. The slogan isn't a must in the mark either but I think it's a nice addition.
