On all three...I'm looking for something a little less androgynous for the character and the stance should be just a little bit wider than the shoulders instead of really wide like the current layout.
On the one that is more of a wordmark, it's hard to tell what letter it's supposed to be. Maybe try moving it to either side of the company name. Also a darker blue would be more appealing.
