We like the additional submissions (#61, #62) -- I think there is some real promise with the tree -- and that sort of wind effect, while not as artistic and exciting as your original, is likely to come out better in terms of some of the printing applications. I'm wondering if you could play with the base of the tree being a little more connected to "windblown" -- as if the tree is growing out of that-- perhaps widen the base a little?... Something to connect them more?

We also sent a private message with some suggestions -- which I think sparked the add'l submissions.
Would you be willing to working on the wind swirls a bit more in #29 (the top ranked one of yours) -- We really like the feel and look of that, but the lines are rather thin/skinny -- and again, in thinking of the icon stamp printing applications that we will need to use, those really won't come out as strong -- is there a way you could maybe widen them a little without losing the feel of the wind -- and is it possible to create some kind of iconic 'W" attached to that -- the font you have chosen is very nice, -- we just need the wind effect, the swirls to be large enough to be an icon/an image that we could use on the spine of a book as our "mark" -- that would connect you to the name (hence, the suggestion of a "W" somehow).

Thank you for your latest submission and trying some of the suggestions we gave. In comparing them -- I'm not sure any of those have really improved on your earlier ones. Your #29 above -- your top ranked one for us, works well together as a unit -- but the image as thicker lines really does provide the same feel of the wind. It starts to look like some kind of plant, which takes it into a different direction. we like it as a "unit" -- but it's not going to work well for us as a spine mark for stamping on a book (one of the needed applications for a logo for us). The wind blowing through the trees has greater promise for that. We like the general font choice ... the tournament has another full day -- we would welcome any other designs from you that might explore a different direction. the primary need is to capture a sense of "wind" and to also have a spine mark that could work without the name being printed next to it-- and still help brand recognition. Thanks for what you have done thus far. They are definitely in the running... would love to see anything else you might have.

Thank you for your most recent submissions. #206 has some potential in that it approximates a W in some fashion; we weren't really taken by the others. Not as visually appealing as your #29.

I'm guessing #218 is a little thicker than the original (#29) -- that's the only difference we perceived. If so, yes -- we liked that.
In terms of an image -- I still kind of like what you were trying to do with the Tree. #218/29 as a visual unit together has some real appeal ( at least 3 of our community have said they all like it) -- but separating the wind marks from the name, the wind marks does not provide us with a good image (that's the draw back and limitation). Anything you can do to provide us with a strong visual "mark" that connects to the notion of "wind" or the idea of transformation, something that is growing, alive... those would be what we are looking for. we are interested in what you have submitted, but they are not as strong as some of the others that have been submitted. If you have time, we;d love to see a few more possibilities from you-- we like the style you are working with.
