Thanks for the entries!
I like the clean, easy to read fonts of #1 , #2 , #7 .
Perhaps we can work to incorporate the Google Maps shaped pin into the logo as that might help site users associate the website with its mapping capabilities.
I would also be interested in seeing a logo that incorporates the outline of the United States along with the Google Maps pin.
