I think you're onto something with the #87 design. Can you simplify it a bit?
Also logo along side of words works better for our applications, I think.

Congrats on your awesome ranking! And I would much prefer to deal with a fellow North American, given the choice, 'cause future work and designs would be much easier that way!

I'm liking this one without the top

BTW thank you for the complement and i do agree most of my clients are in North America and several overseas...personally I find it more efficient to deal within the same continent.

You're welcome and my pleasure!

I agree with you on #97 - now can you make the shape of the acorn broader at the shoulders than at the hips? I'm thinking it's a bit too much like the shape of an eggplant right now.

Then - just to save you a trip - can we play with some colors along with the black on white (not too flashy, but perhaps muted, natural colors like browns or greens)?

solid colours are far better than gradients for logo design..I know maybe lie to see the fancy effects they are just no practical

#110 Looks best so far. Wondering what it would look like to try some of the following variations:
Acorn a bit broader still at the top
WALDEN a bit larger, with BACKYARDS a bit smaller but stretched out to same width as WALDEN
Using brown and black colors (perhaps W and WALDEN in brown, or variations?)

Sorry for so many experiments, just trying to get it just right!

Thank you,

Regarding #117, can you get the word BACKYARDS to center more on the base of the word WALDEN, rather than on the top of it? (somewhat more like the version #110)

I agree with you, black on white is good as the basic art, then will likely make the W and the word WALDEN in brown for some applications with the rest of it remaining in black. Can we see it that way?

You're doing a great job. What would be your rate moving forward when we have other work?

Nice work!

Will we be receiving the logo in various forms?

Such as:
All black on white (for single color use, high res)
Black and brown as shown
.pdf and .jpg
Reverse out (such as #118)
Etc.

We'll want to be able to begin using it right away, if possible...
