This is considered a wordmark design There is no independent icon that can stand-alone and have everyone immediately know it's your company because a wine swirl is such a common shape...that it cannot stand-alone as an independent company icon
which is why a wordmark is a more logical choice, so I've made the wine swirl as part of the word mark by replacing the dot above the letter "i" with the swirl.
