This is in reference to Entry #9, my favorite of the 3 submissions from ECC. I like the font. I like the red and black too but these were our colors a couple of re-brandings ago, so I might like to see some other color schemes. I didn't get the double-arrow at first but then I figured it out and I like how the big arrow points Northeast as in upward and onward. However, it's too chunky. So my eye is drawn to the arrows pointing down and back and that's not the direction we want to be moving in. Maybe there's a way to play with that mark to make it more subtle.

Better. How would it look if the arrow was rotated 45 degrees so the tip was pointing at the v.

Update as request...this is the first way I aligned it, but it was not pointing upward, but it does make a stronger impact pointing to wards the V
