This configuration is good.we would like to see this in a Blue / Green color scheme and possibly an alternate font -- something a little more light - The logo has a great futuristic/modern feel - an alternate font look would be great to see as well. Good direction you have going here!
We like the check mark, it communicates because we are speaking to investors. This check mark indicates that yes this is a valid place to put funds. The circle does not communicate, but a flame -- not a candle -- would communicate better.
The left side of the check is a little dainty. A little shorter perhaps will help emphasize the check mark.
And since we are doing oil drilling -- the lines in the check mark work well -- we would like to see alternate color scheme that is darker to lighter -- gradually going from darker to lighter. as a gradient. You could take the letter I or surface letter that goes down through the word energy etc. This however is a style point for you to work out.
We like the deep blues and greens --- or oranges and greens, blues etc. But the colors you have are not working for us. We are dealing with more earthy elements yet we want to be a little modern.

We don't favor the circle with the lightening in it. Your entry number 90 is better. The circle above the "I" is not clear as to what it communicates -- it does communicate "Green" energy though.
The font style in entry 42 is clearer in terms of quickly seeing the word "Valid". You have good concepts going so keep at it. This has turned out to be an amazing competition!

Incidently, your entry 27 has good potential -- we just did not favor the circle with lightening. But the continuity was there. Your use of the font and check mark concept is good there. The colors could be different, but as you can see by the rankings we are leaning more in this direction.
However we remain completely open to the creative talents you clearly demonstrate!
