I like this one alot. I like the way you have done the Uzair in the middle of the big U.
Could i please add some simple suggestions which i think i would prefer.
Could you please try to change the shape of the big U. Also could you keep it the same color as the UZAIR letters, if you could just make the border of the big U a different color i think i would prefer that.
Also i like the idea of a white background (instead of the black)
